Rescuing Others

Bible verses about rescuing others. 

God says that he is our rescuer, and we cannot stand in that position. 

1. Psalm 34:17: “The righteous cry out, and the Lord hears them; he delivers them from all their troubles.” 

2. Psalm 50:15: “Call on me in the day of trouble; I will deliver you, and you will honour me.” 

3. Colossians 1:13-14: “For he has rescued us from the dominion of darkness and brought us into the kingdom of the Son he loves, in whom we have redemption, the forgiveness of sins.” 

4. 2 Peter 2:9: “If this is so, then the Lord knows how to rescue the godly from trials and to hold the unrighteous for punishment on the day of judgment.” 

5. Psalm 91:14-15: “Because he loves me,” says the Lord, “I will rescue him; I will protect him, for he acknowledges my name. He will call on me, and I will answer him; I will be with him in trouble, I will deliver him and honour him.” 

These verses remind us of God’s faithfulness and His power to save us from any situation.
