    Bible verses about righteousness. 


    1. Matthew 6:33 (NIV): “But seek first his kingdom and his righteousness, and all these things will be given to you as well.” 

    2. Proverbs 21:21 (NIV): “Whoever pursues righteousness and love finds life, prosperity and honour.” 

    3. Romans 2:6 (NIV): “God ‘will repay each person according to what they have done.’” 

    4. 1 Timothy 6:11 (NIV): “But you, man of God, flee from all this, and pursue righteousness, godliness, faith, love, endurance and gentleness.” 

    5. Psalm 37:28 (NIV): “For the Lord loves the just and will not forsake his faithful ones. Wrongdoers will be completely destroyed; the offspring of the wicked will perish.” 

    6. Galatians 6:7 (NIV): “Do not be deceived: God cannot be mocked. A man reaps what he sows.” 

    7. 2 Corinthians 5:21 (NIV): “God made him who had no sin to be sin for us, so that in him we might become the righteousness of God.” 

    8. Philippians 4:8 (NIV): “Finally, brothers and sisters, whatever is true, whatever is noble, whatever is right, whatever is pure, whatever is lovely, whatever is admirable—if anything is excellent or praiseworthy—think about such things.” 

    9. James 3:18 (NIV): “Peacemakers who sow in peace reap a harvest of righteousness.” 

    10. Psalm 34:15 (NIV): “The eyes of the Lord are on the righteous, and his ears are attentive to their cry.”


    These verses highlight the importance of seeking righteousness, living a life that reflects God’s values, and the blessings that come from such a pursuit.
