Bible verses about spiritual discernment.
Philippians 1:9-10: “And this is my prayer: that your love may abound more and more in knowledge and depth of insight, so that you may be able to discern what is best and may be pure and blameless for the day of Christ.”
Meaning: Paul prays for believers to grow in love and knowledge, which enhances their ability to discern what is morally and spiritually excellent.
Hebrews 4:12: “For the word of God is living and active, sharper than any two-edged sword, piercing to the division of soul and of spirit, of joints and of marrow, and discerning the thoughts and intentions of the heart.”

Proverbs 1:7: “The fear of the LORD is the beginning of knowledge; fools despise wisdom and instruction.”
Meaning: Reverence for God is the foundation of true knowledge and wisdom, which are crucial for discernment.
Ephesians 5:10: “And find out what pleases the Lord.”
